Transparent Scope-Based Pricing

Local SEO Pricing for Multi-Location Businesses

Multi-location pricing works differently from single-location pricing, with most agencies acting vague about it. Here's how ours works.

What changes the number

Start with the package matching your city count. These five variables help determine whether your scope needs anything beyond our published plan.

How many locations.

The main driver, though not linearly. The tenth location costs less to add than the second, because the system is already built.

What condition your data is in.

A brand with clean, consistent listings needs maintenance. Those with fifteen years of mergers, moves, and duplicate profiles need cleanup first.

How many location pages you need.

Pages you can genuinely fill with local detail, not a page per pin on a map.

Whether your locator needs rebuilding.

A one-time project on most networks, and often the highest-return item on the list.

How much your team can handle.

Brands whose local managers will maintain hours and photos need less from us than ones where everything routes through a single person.

How we charge

A clear, predictable approach designed for regional operators, keeping management costs scalable as your footprint expands.

No Arbitrary Volume Metrics

We don't charge per listing submitted. That model rewards volume, and adding your business to hundreds of directories nobody uses doesn’t improve rankings.

Transparent Cleanup Pricing

Cleanup projects like duplicate removal, aggregator corrections, locator rebuilds are quoted separately. They are classified as one-time work with a defined end so you can see what is ongoing.

City-Based Package Pricing

Choose Basic for 1 city, Silver for 2 cities, or Gold for up to 4 cities, with the included services clearly defined.

One-Year Agreements

Every package has a one-year contract, with a 10% savings when billed annually.

Start with the data, not the pages.

If the budget is tight, prioritize on listing accuracy and Google profiles across every location.

That work is inexpensive relative to its return, it compounds, and everything else depends on it. Location pages built over inconsistent data underperform. This means you'd be paying for content that can't do its job.

Location pages come second. The locator rebuild occurs whenever your network is large enough that it's holding everything back (ex. 20 locations).

No Cost, No Obligation

What the free check covers

We audit every Google profile, sample your listings across the major directories and aggregators, look for duplicates, test whether your store locator is readable by search engines, and compare \ location pages against one another for duplication.

This process takes about a week. What comes back is a written summary showing which locations are underperforming, what's causing it, and what we'd fix in what order.

"Plenty of brands take that document to their internal team and run it themselves. That's a fine outcome."

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we manage engagements and costs.

Yes. The one-time setup fee is $350 for Basic, $450 for Silver, and $600 for Gold.

The setup fee is listed separately from the monthly package price, making your upfront cost clear before work begins.

Pricing is bundled by the number of cities targeted rather than calculated as a base fee plus a per-location charge:

Basic: $1,800/month for 1 city
Silver: $3,000/month for 2 cities
Gold: $5,400/month for up to 4 cities

With annual billing, the monthly equivalents are $1,620 for Basic, $2,700 for Silver, and $4,860 for Gold. Each package has a one-year contract.

Adjusted accordingly at the start of any month. Closing a location means marking the profile properly rather than deleting it, which we handle as part of the fee.

New openings are worth telling us about before the doors open, so the profile is constructed properly the first time.

No separate listing-management platform fee appears in the published package pricing.

Google Business Profile optimization is included with every package. The published plans do not identify an additional platform subscription charge.

Sometimes not, and let you know. A brand with a capable marketing coordinator and under ten locations can often run this internally with our audit as the roadmap.

The economics change with scale and with data mess. Past twenty locations, or with a decade of inconsistent records behind you, the time cost internally usually exceeds the fee.

We'll say so in the monthly report before you have to ask, and tell you whether to change the scope or stop.

Location-level reporting makes this harder to hide than most channels since you can see exactly which stores moved and which didn't.
